Hugonauts: The Best Sci-Fi Books of All Time

The God's Themselves - Asimov answering the biggest question in the universe!

Episode Summary

Have you ever spent time thinking about the origins of our universe, and how it seems awfully convenient that it's set up just right for intelligent life? Well, Isaac Asimov did too, and this Hugo and Nebula award winning novel contains one of the most interesting answers to that question that we've ever read!

Episode Notes

That said, there are some problems with this book too, which made this a fun one to talk about - Brent liked it a lot more than Cody did. Plus, love em or hate em, Asimov thought up some very alien aliens.

As always, no spoilers until the end when we get into the full plot explanation and discussion.
